The LEAP program is open to all Virginia Teachers for Tomorrow, or Educators Rising alumni who are applying, and accepted into, one of our B.S.Ed. programs (licensure track) for fall 2022. To apply for one of five, $1,000 competitive, new incoming student scholarships, please see the following eligibility criteria:

  • Current Virginia high school senior (expected graduation June 2022)
  • High school GPA of at least 2.5
  • Completed Teachers for Tomorrow or equivalent program*
  • Must be accepted, and accept your offer, into a VCU School of Education B.S. Ed. undergraduate initial licensure program

Please complete the following application by April 15, 2022 to be considered for the $1,000 scholarship. Scholarship recipients will be notified by May 15, 2022 and awards will disburse once students are enrolled in late summer 2022.
