About Human and Organizational Development

 

Career opportunities are projected to grow by 7.50% nationally and 13% statewideThis program provides the comprehensive education you need to succeed in today’s fast-paced organizational environments.

It helps students prepare for careers in roles such as learning and development specialists, training and learning development coordinators, instructional technologists, and more.

Program highlights:

  • Offers electives in several areas, including Business, allowing students to explore interdisciplinary areas of interest
  • Provides students the knowledge and skills to plan and develop learning programs and interventions for adult learners in a variety of organizations, including corporations, non-profits, education, and healthcare
