Research interests

Dr. Risha R. Berry has acquired access to a restricted-use data license that allows her to research a combination of variables that may place school principals of color at risk for organizational containment, a theory she is developing. She is currently interested in designing studies that examine the intersection of structural racism and poverty by documenting structural barriers to employment.

Bio

Dr. Berry’s organizational leadership background includes a track record of infusing systems theory in the development of successful public-private partnerships, design of organizational frameworks, writing and securing numerous program grants – totaling over $1 million – and publishing peer-reviewed research.
