Great Place: HR Redesign

VCU’s Great Place Initiative has brought forth the Great Place: HR Redesign, which will be effective, January 2018. In order to share news and information regarding the upcoming changes that VCU will undergo, a website has been created for VCU employees’ use. The Great Place: HR Redesign website will allow you to track the project’s progress, offer your input, and submit questions you may have, directly to the HR Redesign team.

The HR Redesign website also offers, “truth-o-meter” and “rumor mill” pages, which help to clarify uncertain speculations about the project. We strongly encourage you to visit the website in order to view the up-to-date information being shared. We are excited to be supporting more modern HR practices which will be implemented through VCU’s HR Redesign, we hope you are too! You can also follow working@vcu on Facebook or Twitter for project updates as well.
