SOE Employees Celebrate 2023 Service Milestones
The VCU Employee Service Recognition Celebration honored many VCU School of Education colleagues. These employees steadfastly dedicated their time, talents, and commitment to the transformation of many lives through collaborative work. Celebrating these service milestones is a humbling reminder of the immense impact that VCU employees have had on VCU, our unit, and the communities we serve.
In particular, Katherine Inge was celebrated for achieving an incredible 40 years of service with VCU. Katherine’s unwavering dedication to the mission of the School of Education is truly inspiring.
In addition to Katherine Inge, other VCU employees who were celebrated for their years of service include Valerie Abbott, Sean Carlin, Lauren Carraway, Michael Crusco, Thomas Dubois, Kim Dupre, Tomika Ferguson, Regina Frazier, Lucian Friel, Anna Hebb, Jenna Lenhardt, Diane Lewis, Emiola Oyefuga, Cathy Randall, Whitney Shotwell, Lisa Terry, Darlene Tyktor, Lois Vogle, Naomi Wheeler, Jeffery Wilson, and Tosha Yingling for five years of service.
For ten years of service, Jacqueline Brock, Katherine Dabney, Kayla Diggs Brody, Melodie Fearnow-Kenney, Alicia Hart, Robin Hurst, Elizabeth Jorgensen-Best, Misti Mueller, Theresa Nelligan, Mary Ridgely, Jill Rose, Irene Schmalz, Dawn Snow, Pamela Spratley, and Taryn Traylor were celebrated.
Celebrating 15 years of service were Jose Alcaine, Judy Averill, Tanushree Banerjee, Nakita Battle, Jonathan Becker, Whitney Newcomb, Gabriel Reich, Charol Shakeshaft, Scott Stech, and Mary Tobin.
Cheryl Bishop, Parthenia Dinora, Cori Hill, Susan Palko, Carol Schall, Kristen Stahr, and Colleen Thoma were honored for 20 years of service.
For 25 years of service, Laura Domalik, Jennifer McDonough, and Sandra Wilberger were celebrated.
For 30 years of service, Maike Philipsen was recognized.
Jeanne Roberts was celebrated for 35 years of service, and Katherine Inge for an impressive 40 years of service.
