Bio

Carlin previously spent six years working in Minor League Baseball with the Richmond Flying Squirrels and the New Britain (Connecticut) Rock Cats before making a career change to higher education. He worked for more than two years as a project coordinator at the University of Virginia Health System before coming to VCU in October 2017 as a grants administrator for the College of Humanities and Sciences. Sean is a third-year doctoral student in the School of Education’s Ed.D. program.
