The student from China has been driven to adapt – first by earning two degrees from VCU’s School of Education, and soon by taking to the roads of Texas, where she will start a new faculty position.
Thanks to a generous gift from Mary Ann Wright, Ph.D., (M.Ed.’84, Ph.D.’97), the new VCU Department of Educational Leadership School of Education Leadership Coaching Lab, with its unique focus on cultivating strong, resilient, and visionary leaders in education and beyond, is set to make a significant impact.
