Save the date for the annual VCU School of Education Research Colloquium on Friday, April 11, 2025, 9 am to 3:30 pm.

The colloquium event is open to School of Education doctoral students, faculty, staff, alums, friends, and community partners.

Attendees will learn more about our innovative, ongoing research at the VCU School of Education. The event features SOE doctoral student poster presentations, faculty lightning talks and panel discussions around effective research partnership development.

VCU School of Education doctoral programs include:

PhD in Education, with concentrations in:
– Art Education
– Counselor Education and Supervision
– Curriculum, Culture and Change
– Educational Leadership, Policy and Justice
– Educational Psychology
– Research, Assessment and Evaluation

Special Education, Ph.D. in Education


EdD in Educational Leadership, with cohorts in:
– Organizational leadership (nonprofit, military, government, corporate)
– Higher education leadership
– K-12 leadership

The event will take place on VCU’s campus this year at the beautiful VCU Cabell Library, Lecture Hall, Room 303 on Friday, April 11, 2025, 9 a.m. to 2:30 pm.
