School of Education

Kelly Winn serves as the VCU School of Education's Doctoral Programs Specialist with the Office of Student Success. Her duties include:

• Serving as primary contact for general SOE doctoral program inquiries and requests and providing support for both current and prospective SOE doctoral students.
• Processing admission applications for those seeking admission to SOE Doctoral Programs
• Management of SOE Graduate Assistantship applications
• Processing special action requests for SOE doctoral students
• Management of doctoral prospectus hearings, dissertation and capstone defenses and processing of associated documents.  
• Management of graduation applications for SOE doctoral students
• Serving as a liaison with the VCU Graduate School and SOE departments regarding academic policies and procedures
