Monique Dean serves as Human Resources Generalist and provides advanced-level HR support to the Rehabilitation and Research Training Center (RRTC) and The National Training and Data Center (NTDC) within VCU's School of Education. She supports all functional areas within these centers, including recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, employee leave and other HR services.
