Monique Dean serves as Human Resources Generalist and provides advanced level HR support to the SOE Director of Human Resources and employees of the VCU School of Education. She also supports all functional areas within the School of Education Human Resources (SOEHR) department, including recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, employee leave and other HR services.
