Bio

Jean Stouffer is a Project Coordinator in the School of Education at Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a member of the BEST in Class lab and primarily works on the Streamin3’ Evaluation Project, which examines the effectiveness of the Streamin3’ early childhood education curriculum. She developed an interest in early childhood education research from her coursework and classroom experiences as a teacher candidate, where she learned about child development and education assessments. Jean wants to engage in research to better understand how young children can achieve positive academic and socio-emotional outcomes.
