SOE faculty, staff complete VCU Leadership Program
Three VCU School of Education faculty and staff members recently completed the Grace E. Harris Leadership Institute’s Leadership Development Program.
Those who completed the program are:
- Dr. Jeffery Wilson, associate professor in the Department of Educational Leadership
- Dr. Michelle Schmitt, director of the Center for School-Community Collaboration and assistant professor in the Department of Counseling and Special Education
- Zakia Williams, administrative assistant
The institute’s Leadership Development Program is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and experience of current and emerging leaders at VCU who represent the academic and administrative units of the university and the VCU Health System. The program begins each year in January and ends in October.
