A few key outcome data metrics for our programs in the 2022-2023 academic year:

Graduates

In Summer 2022, Fall 2022 and Spring 2023, twenty students earned master’s degrees in the school counseling track, eight earned M.Ed. degrees in the couples and family counseling track, and eight earned M.Ed. degrees in the college counseling and student affairs track. We also celebrated four graduates of the Ph.D. in Education, Concentration in Counselor Education and Supervision.

Completion rate

When looking at full time students in the program, 100% of students admitted to the M.Ed. in Counselor Education’s school counseling concentration, 88% of student admitted to the M.Ed. in  Counselor Education’s couples and family counseling, and 75% of the students admitted to the college counseling and student affairs concentration completed the degree program within 2 1/2 years. For our doctoral students who attended full time, we had a three-year graduation rate of 50%.

Job placement rate

Approximately 100% of school counseling track, couples and family counseling track, and college counseling and student affairs track graduates obtained jobs in counseling or in a related field or were enrolled in doctoral studies within six months of completing our M.Ed. program. For our doctoral program, 100% of our doctoral graduates obtained jobs within six months of completing the degree.
